How do I book my event?

First of all, thanks for inquiring! I'd love to help make your special event memorable and unforgettable! Head over to the inquiry tab and fill out the form! I'll get back to you as soon as possible with your quote!

How do I secure my date?

I require a $100 non refundable booking fee with the remaining balance due 24 hours prior to install. The booking fee secures your date and allows me to order the materials and have everything ready to go for your specific design!

I recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure I am available to dress your event. I often have multiple inquiries for events happening on the same dates. Because of this, the first to put their deposit down will secure their date on my calendar

 

Booking at least 2-3 weeks prior allows me time to purchase and order necessary supplies! There is a $75 rush order fee for events booked with less than 2 weeks notice. 

 

The booking fee may not be refunded, however it can be transferred/postponed to a different date - availability pending 

How do you accept payment?

I manage all my client project via Honeybook! You will have your own client portal where you will be able to see all details of your project, all conversations, invoices and even be able to make payments via credit card or debit card! I can also accept payment through Square, Paypal or Venmo!

What are "Double Stuffed Balloons"?

Double stuffed means one balloon inside of another. This is common and necessary for creating custom colors. I always recommend double stuffing if your garland is going to be outside. Direct sun and the Tennessee heat is harsh on balloons and double stuffing makes the balloons thicker, thus a bit more durable. 

Double stuffed is super in right now! It helps create that thicker, fuller lush look. Balloons on their own are a slightly transparent.

What is your delivery/insallation fee?

My delivery and installation fee is 20% of the total booking. This reflects the time it takes to source and procure supplies, prepare for the instal prior to arrival, travel, the time it takes to install the job, and skill that has taken hours, weeks and months to perfect!

How long does it take for you to instal balloons?

Each instal is different, special and unique! Because of that an instal can take anywhere from an hour to 4 hours. I've had installations take 7+ hours! Good things take time and I want to make sure you are getting your moneys worth! It is very important to discuss your timeline prior to your event!
 

What if balloons pop during my event?

While I use the highest quality balloons and take every precaution to make sure your balloons last through your event, once the balloons are in your possession they are out of Bash Pop's control. 

Where are you based and do you travel?

I am based in Nashville, TN however I am happy to travel outside the city. Delivery fee will depend upon how far your event is! 

How long will the balloons last?

Balloons react to their environment. Latex thrives in room temp and out of direct sunlight, heat or extreme colds.

Indoors balloons can last 4 ish weeks. Outdoors balloons will last 2-3 days! 

What happens to the balloons after my event?

Your balloons are yours to keep after your event! Enjoy them for as long as you'd like or pop them and discard! Bash Pop uses biodegradable latex and does not support the release of balloon in that the air. 

If you rented an item such as a backdrop, floral piece etc, we will return after your event to collect the rented items. Returning to collect rental items is included in the rental fee.  Full breakdown services are available for $250
